What are your opening hours? Can I visit the store?We do not have a physical store, and our atelier is currently closed for visitations. If you need to schedule a consultation, we can come to you either in person or virtually.

Are the products in the store exactly like the photos?Similar to nature, our arrangements are unique. The product photos serve as a guide for what you will receive in terms of size, quantity, and color palette. However, organic products are subject to daily availability. Most of our products are customized, so you can also request alterations. Keep in mind that for customized products, we require a minimum of 1 week for preparation time.

How much advance notice do I need to book my event?Small event packages can be booked with one month's notice, but for any event, the sooner the better to secure your date.

Do you provide service contracts for events?Certainly!

How can I pay?For any service, you can contact us, and we will send a proposal followed by an invoice. You can pay by credit card, with an additional fee, through Zelle, Venmo, or ACH. For store products, simply follow the checkout steps.

Can I subscribe to monthly deliveries with just one delivery per month?Yes! The only difference is that you will need to pick up your arrangement or pay for Uber delivery.

What's the difference between Consultation and Design in Landscape services?Price and Time. In the consultation, we provide a "diagnosis" of your garden and suggest some solutions. It is a project charged per hour, thus more economical. Perfect for small adjustments or even to address some doubts regarding the best use of your space and plants. In the design service, you receive a complete study and project delivery. Additionally, you will have 20 hours distributed over 5 visits, with the last one being a follow-up after 3 months of garden delivery.

How do exchanges work?We do not exchange living beings due to phytosanitary issues. If you have any questions, please contact us before making your purchase.

How do I care for my plants?All care instructions for the ornamental plants we offer are available on our website. Use the search function and type the plant's name to find more information.

How do I care for my terrarium?Your small ecosystem is inhabited by cacti and succulents. Both plants like brightness and little water. Since they are planted in a container without drainage, little water means just enough to moisten the soil, never saturate it. Also, because they are inside a glass container, direct sunlight can burn the plants. Place them in a well-lit area, preferably near a window.

When will my delivery arrive?Pocket Garden delivers its daily designs from Monday to Friday, typically between 12 pm and 6 pm. For business addresses, kindly provide us with your operating hours in the additional delivery information section. While our delivery team endeavors to take the most efficient route, please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.

Can I request specific flowers and colors for my bouquet/arrangement?Variations Are Possible Please keep in mind that, due to the nature of custom floral design, the arrangement you receive may not be an exact replica of the photo displayed on our website. The colors and materials may vary to some extent. However, rest assured that we will maintain the overall aesthetic and general vibe consistent with the image you've chosen. We are committed to exceeding your expectations with our custom-made arrangements. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we guarantee that your one-of-a-kind floral creation will be a true work of art

Can I Include a message with my order?Absolutely! Each Pocket Garden order includes a complimentary card. Simply fill out the message section in the checkout form. Should you opt not to provide a message, you'll receive a blank card to customize as you wish.
